Who we are

This site is maintained by David de Gregório Neto (Neto Gregório), the controller responsible for the processing described here. This policy applies to netogregorio.com and all of its language versions.

What data is collected

– Data you provide. If you fill in the contact form, I collect the name, email, company (if given) and message. It is used only to reply to you.

– Technical access data. Like any website, the server logs the IP address, browser type, operating system, page visited and time of access. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting.

– Performance metrics. I collect anonymous Core Web Vitals metrics (load time and visual stability) to know whether the site is fast. They do not identify you.

– What is not collected. The personality tests (temperament, DISC, Big Five and love languages) run entirely in your browser: your answers are never sent to the server, never stored, and never associated with you. The same is true of the password generator — nothing you generate leaves your device.

– There is no newsletter and no comment section on this site. I never send emails asking you to confirm personal data or registration details, and never send executable attachments (.exe, .com, .scr, .bat) or download links.

Cookies

– I use a minimal set of functional cookies, including lang_pref, which remembers your chosen language so you are not asked again on every visit. There is no first-party advertising profile cookie.

– You can block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings. The site keeps working.

Advertising

– This site is supported by advertising and displays ads served by Google AdSense.

– Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.

– Google's use of advertising cookies — including the DART cookie — enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

– Other third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies and web beacons to serve and measure ads on this site. I do not control those cookies, and their use is governed by each vendor's own privacy policy.

– You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time in your Google ad settings. You can also opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices.

Sharing information

– Your personal data is never sold, rented or published. It passes only through the providers needed to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, security and caching) and Google AdSense (ad serving).

– For security reasons, information may be shared when required by competent judicial or governmental authorities for investigations conducted by them, even where no court order exists — for example, and without limitation, in the investigation of a criminal offence or a copyright violation, except where legislation in force requires the information to be kept confidential. The same applies where there are sufficient grounds to consider that a user's activity is suspected of attempting or committing an offence, or of harming other people.

– The site links to other sites, including my own projects, which are not covered by this policy. Please check each one's privacy policy.

Legal basis and retention

Processing rests on legitimate interest (security, aggregate metrics and site maintenance) and on consent (advertising cookies and contact form submissions). Contact messages are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation; technical access logs are kept briefly and then discarded.

Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018, art. 18) and the GDPR, you may at any time request:

– confirmation that processing exists, and access to your data;

– correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;

– anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;

– data portability;

– information about who your data has been shared with;

– withdrawal of consent.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from that age group.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top will be revised.
