In this virtuous cycle, loyalty is an indispensable ingredient. Teams without loyalty are destined to fail.
Loyalty is the glue that connects people around a shared purpose. No purpose is strong enough to bear the weight of disloyalty.
Loyalty cannot be bought, but it must be learned, retained, and guarded. Unfortunately, most of us were never taught this important value within our own families.
Yet all of us have an innate need to receive loyalty from the people around us — to cultivate relationships we know we can count on.
At Extremo Black, loyalty is the primary factor in whether you join, remain in, and grow within the project.
Loyalty is revealed in the details — in seemingly ordinary or casual conversations, in everyday attitudes that expose the driving force behind what we do for people.
You may never have thought deeply about this value, but it has always mattered to you, just as it matters to me.
So I know there is time to learn and be taught about it — all it takes is desire and effort.
