Where, Who, and What

Where is more important than what. Who is shaped by the where.
Only then do we find a what. We give too much attention to the what, and as a result we stop caring about the where — and we end up suffering in the who.
Whenever I am not where I should be, I also will not do what I need to do, and I will not become who I could become.
Before you can be, you must first be somewhere. If I am not in the right place, I am not truly myself. When I fail to value the where, I fail to value the people around me.
People are always in a where, relating to a who, in order to then do a what.
If that order is reversed, there is no possibility of growth.
It is easy to minimize the where and hide its role in your success. It is equally easy to overemphasize the where and blame it entirely for your failure.
When the who grows, everything grows. When the who does not grow, nothing grows.
We are building a where, transforming many whos, and working on a few whats.
It is challenging, but it is rewarding. This is our calling — this is our purpose!
