DISC Profile Test
Discover your DISC behavioral profile with this 20-question test based on the classical Marston framework.
DISC is a behavioral assessment that maps how you naturally respond to challenges, people, pace, and rules. It doesn't measure intelligence or talent — it describes the style you bring to work, leadership, and relationships.
Answer the 20 questions below honestly. For each scenario, choose the option that best describes how you usually act, not how you think you should.
What is DISC?
DISC was developed from the work of psychologist William Marston in the 1920s and refined into the assessment used today. It groups behavioral tendencies into four primary styles, each captured by a single letter.
D — Drive (Dominance)
Direct, decisive, results-oriented. Drivers move fast, take charge, and aren't afraid of conflict. They lead with action and prefer to figure it out as they go rather than wait for the perfect plan.
I — Influence
Outgoing, enthusiastic, people-focused. Influencers persuade through energy and connection. They love brainstorming, networking, and selling an idea — and they bring others along with optimism.
S — Steadiness
Patient, dependable, harmony-seeking. Steady profiles are the glue of any team. They listen, support, and keep the environment calm — and they resist sudden change unless they see why it matters.
C — Conscientiousness
Analytical, accurate, quality-focused. Conscientious profiles love standards, data, and precision. They'd rather take a beat to study the facts than fire off a quick decision they'll regret.
Why DISC?
Knowing your DISC profile helps you understand why some tasks feel effortless and others drain you, why you click with certain colleagues and bounce off others, and where you can stretch to balance your natural style. It's a vocabulary, not a verdict — most people are a blend of two of the four.
After the test you'll see your full breakdown across D / I / S / C and a recommended deep-dive on your primary profile.
